Paws on Pelham

Very nice place to stay in Newport. We didn't have a dog, but they are extremely accommodating for all types of dogs. Staff was friendly & very helpful. The location is great as it's centrally located. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is everything! Is located a few blocks from the bag and shops, the breakfast is delicious and they have a lot of variety too, if you need a change they will accommodate what you need. The room itself is beautiful and super clean despite of being a dog hotel you can’t see deterioration or off smells due to the dogs. The hotel has cute designs. My dog Aki loves staying here, the room had a bed and bowls for him and we will come back every time we go to Newport with him. The staff is super friendly. If you have a dog and want to come to Newport, this is your choice. They also a block away from a park for you to walk your dog.

Perfect little inn for pets and their parents. We only stayed one night. We came in late, check-in was super simple and seamless for a contactless check-in. Only one complaint, we didn’t have access to a refrigerator for our dog’s food so we had to put fresh ice in the cooler for the night. Not a huge deal but a mini-fridge would have made that work better. Love the little touches for the pets, from the dog bowls to the dog beds. Bed was comfy and room was comfortable.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Paws on Pelham. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, clean with every corner spotless and well-maintained. It’s also incredibly pet-friendly, making it the perfect spot for travelers with furry companions. My dogs felt right at home, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic variety of fresh options, hot sandwich, and the coffee machine was just perfect. It was a great way to start the day! Overall, Paws on Pelham is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a clean, pet-friendly place with a great breakfast to kick off their vacation. Highly recommended!

My husband and I booked a very last minute stay at Paws on Pelham. Even with the last minute booking, they were able to accommodate an early check in for us, and the staff was so nice about it! When we arrived, it was exactly as we had hoped: a comfortable inn, perfectly designed for our pup. We have stayed at hotels that allow dogs before, but here at this hotel we didn’t feel like having our dog with us was a burden. Along with the wonderful dog accommodations, the human aspects were great too! I loved our shower and the high end soaps. Plus the towels smelled like fresh laundry instead of just bleach like at other places. For the breakfast that’s included, I was expecting the usual continental options, and instead we were greeted by delicious eggs and breads. I just loved it. The staff was very friendly, and it’s a beautiful property. Definitely recommend. Plus it’s a great location!

Oh, M, Cuteness overload. The most darling pup-friendly inn we've ever met. Charming touches from the dog wallpaper, artwork, to leash hooks. They've thought of everything - dog bowls, filtered water station, pee pads. The staff was exceptionally kind and eager to be of service. Our Chili dog, who typically sleeps in our bed slept in the little dog house one night. Exceptionally clean! Convenient grab and go breakfast. And there's a great, clean park just 1 block away. Perfectly located to walk everywhere. So pleasantly surprised by this one. Highly recommend if you're staying with your pups.

Our stay was terrific! It was our Goldendoodle's birthday and got to celebrate in room #6. He enjoyed every minute in the built in dog house. The room was extremely clean (I couldn't tell any prior dogs had ever been there) and very well appointed. The location was great with plenty of places we could walk to all with safe sidewalks. I would love to visit again!

What a great place to stay with your dogs. The Inn is beautiful and so clean. The Inn keeper is so thoughtful and kind. Everything is so detail oriented and well thought out. They really thought of everything! Very well done. Such an amazing place for your furry friends and their pet parents.
